Practice is everything and you will get more comfortable with the idea the more you try. Do not try and push yourself too hard and overdo it, give yourself plenty of time and patience. That’s why using our training kit when you are alone to practice will give you that extra confidence
If you are starting with our dildo it should be thoroughly lubricated, a water based lubricant would be ideal. The length of your mouth from your lips to the back of your throat is about 3-3 1/2 inches long. The average penis length is about 5 – 5 1/2 inches long. Our dildo’s are ergonomically designed to take the curvature of your throat. Insert the dildo into your mouth with a gentle in and out motion, each time pushing it a little further. Try and push it down as far as is comfortable and remember to breath. If you feel that you are going to gag , try to swallow or pull back the dildo. If you do gag or cough whilst the dildo is still in your throat, don’t worry. Pull the dildo out, relax and try again. All you are trying to do is get your throat used to have something in it and getting it to overcome your gag reflex. Don’t get discouraged, try again in a couple of days as this technique will become second nature to you. Persistence will be rewarded!

A sex position is a position of the body that an individual or couple people may use for sexual intercourse or other sexual activities. Sexual acts are generally described by the positions the participants adopt in order to perform those acts. Though sexual intercourse generally involves penetration of the body of one person by another, sex positions commonly involve penetrative or non-penetrative sexual activities.
Three categories of sexual intercourse are commonly practiced: vaginal intercourse (involving vaginal penetration), anal penetration, and oral sex (especially mouth-on-genital stimulation).[1] Sex acts may also involve other forms of genital stimulation, such as solo or mutual masturbation, which may involve rubbing or penetration by the use of fingers or hands or by a device (sex toy), such as a dildo or vibrator.
